The process typically begins with detailed design finalization and securing all necessary local planning permissions and building regulations approvals.

Once the foundation is prepared, the project manager coordinates the delivery of the prefabricated timber frame components to the site. The critical next phase involves managing specialist erectors who rapidly assemble the frame structure, often resembling a large-scale kit.

Following the main structure's erection, the project manager oversees the installation of insulation, external cladding, roofing, windows, and doors to weatherproof the building.

The final stage involves coordinating all internal trades—electricians, plumbers, plasterers, and fitters—to complete the first and second fixings, ensuring quality control and adherence to the schedule and budget until the home is ready for occupancy.
